IBM Sandbox with Meta LLama 🛠️

During the Baltic AI Hackathon, all teams will have access to the high-performance IBM Sandbox with the deployed Meta LLaMA 3 model. This powerful environment provides the computational resources necessary to bring your ideas to life. The sandbox allows you to develop a wide range of innovative solutions, especially those centred around using Large Language Models (LLMs). Given LLMs' versatility in processing structured and unstructured data, you’ll have the opportunity to create impactful solutions across multiple domains.

Acces to IBM Platform will be provided to accpeted teams starting from 03/10.

Bring Your Own Idea 💡

Have your own innovative idea? You’re welcome to develop your own solution! Just make sure that your project aligns with one of the main hackathon themes—Education, Sustainability, Social Inclusion, or Public Services. This is your chance to bring your vision to life with the support of mentors and the hackathon community.

  • Open to all students aged 18+ from the Baltic states universities.

  • No team? No problem! Sign up solo, and we'll help you find a team or form one before the event.

What to Expect? 🛠️

  • Pre-Event Workshops: Get prepped with workshops on AI and team formation.
  • Hackathon: A weekend of intense hacking, mentoring, and pitching.
  • Demo Day: Present your project to the Jury panel and compete for top prizes.

What You Need to Bring? 🎒

  • 💻Laptop and charger: Essential for working on your project.
  • 🎧 Earphones - as some mentors will work remotely and, of course, listen to your inspiring music! 🎵🎶
  • 🛏️ Sleeping bag: If you plan to stay overnight, we’ve got a sleeping zone!
  • ⚡Positive energy and attitude: Get ready to collaborate, innovate, and have fun! 😊

The Baltic AI Hackathon Kick-off event will feature discussions on the role of AI in various sectors, with a focus on education and science.
